At Peak Health Pantry, we value your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. Due to the nature of dietary supplements, all sales are generally considered final. However, we offer a limited Money-Back Guarantee under the following strict conditions:
We will review refund requests only under these situations:
If you were mistakenly charged for two or more identical orders placed through our site, TikTok Shop, Amazon FBA, or Shopify storefront.
Proof required: Duplicate transaction evidence (e.g., order confirmations, receipts).
If your order is never delivered.
Proof required: Shipping carrier tracking number and supporting documents showing non-delivery.
If a product is delivered past its printed expiration date.
Proof required: Clear photo of the bottle label showing the expiration date and lot number.
If your order was confirmed as delivered but stolen.
Proof required: Official police report and report number documenting the theft.
Refunds or returns will not be approved for:
Any bottle that is opened, seal broken, tampered with, or partially used.
Packages damaged after delivery due to mishandling by the customer.
Products stored improperly after delivery (see FDA storage requirements below).
Products purchased beyond their expiration date.
Buyer’s remorse or dissatisfaction with subjective results (supplements may affect individuals differently).
To maintain product integrity, supplements must be:
Stored at controlled room temperature, generally 59–77°F (15–25°C).
Kept away from excess moisture, direct sunlight, and extreme heat or cold.
Maintained in their original sealed container until use.
Failure to store supplements under these conditions may compromise safety and efficacy. Peak Health Pantry cannot honor refunds or returns if improper storage conditions are suspected.
All return and refund requests must be submitted in writing to PeakHealthPantry@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refund approval is at the sole discretion of Colton Enterprises LLC.
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days.
All Peak Health Pantry products are manufactured in facilities compliant with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
Statements regarding our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
