We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of dietary supplements, the following policy applies:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Safety Notice: For consumer protection, we cannot accept returns of any product where the seal is broken, packaging is damaged, or bottles are opened.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used bottles
  • Products not purchased directly from peakhealthpantry.com, TikTok Shop, or our authorized Amazon FBA listings
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage by the customer

Process

  1. Contact our support team at PeakHealthPantry@gmail.com with your order number.
  2. Upon approval, we will provide instructions for return shipping.
  3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
  4. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
