I'm a supplement guy in my late 40s, and with the digestive issues I've had much of my life, I'm surprised I've never tried digestive enzymes. I started with a cheaper gummy product. It worked, but I wasn't entirely satisfied for various reasons and became curious as to what else was out there. I guess that pretty much brings us up to speed.I don't take these with every meal, but I definitely take them with the bigger ones. Basically, if I'm eating light (small lunch or breakfast), I don't bother. Anything that is going to make me feel full-full, I take one cap right before the meal. These definitely help me feel no as bloated, gassy, or full afterwords, and I have less of a big meal slump afterwards. After having dealt with such issues for so much of my life, I can't tell you how much I appreciate that.Overall, I'm quite pleased with the products. I have a couple small nits, but nothing much. The product had maltodextrin, likely as a preservative, but it can't me much given what all is in each cap. They also say made in the USA in the title here, but the front of the bottle says "Formulated in the USA". There's a big difference there. It doesn't matter if you live in the US but had an overseas facility make your product for you. It's still an overseas product. Don't know if that's necessarily the case here, but nevertheless formulated in the US is not the same as "made". Still, the brand claims GMP and 3rd party testing, so that combined with how well the product works, I'm definitely willing to overlook it.Overall, for the effectiveness and price, this gets two thumbs up from me.
