I'm a supplement guy in my late 40s, and with the digestive issues I've had much of my life, I'm surprised I've never tried digestive enzymes. I started with a cheaper gummy product. It worked, but I wasn't entirely satisfied for various reasons and became curious as to what else was out there. I guess that pretty much brings us up to speed.I don't take these with every meal, but I definitely take them with the bigger ones. Basically, if I'm eating light (small lunch or breakfast), I don't bother. Anything that is going to make me feel full-full, I take one cap right before the meal. These definitely help me feel no as bloated, gassy, or full afterwords, and I have less of a big meal slump afterwards. After having dealt with such issues for so much of my life, I can't tell you how much I appreciate that.Overall, I'm quite pleased with the products. I have a couple small nits, but nothing much. The product had maltodextrin, likely as a preservative, but it can't me much given what all is in each cap. They also say made in the USA in the title here, but the front of the bottle says "Formulated in the USA". There's a big difference there. It doesn't matter if you live in the US but had an overseas facility make your product for you. It's still an overseas product. Don't know if that's necessarily the case here, but nevertheless formulated in the US is not the same as "made". Still, the brand claims GMP and 3rd party testing, so that combined with how well the product works, I'm definitely willing to overlook it.Overall, for the effectiveness and price, this gets two thumbs up from me.

This has everything my advisor said I should look for in a good digestive enzyme, including protease, amylase, lipase, invertase, lactase, bromelain, etc. Plus, I like that it is made in the US, comes in a small-enough-to-swallow capsule, and can definitely help the stomach feel better with those heavier, harder-to-digest meals. I only take on an as-needed basis, so 60 capsules can last a while. I’m happy.

I’ve had issues with digestion for numerous years that I take prescription medication for. Within the last five years as I’ve gotten up there in age, certain foods that had mostly stopped causing me problems began to again. Milk, something that I always drank a huge glass of daily, and other dairy products would sometimes give me cramps. Beef felt like a hundred pounds of lead was sitting in my stomach for hours after eating it. I got to the point of only eating it when I was really craving it!I’m familiar with the wide array of digestive enzymes and what food groups they are supposed to have an effect on. These capsules include almost every one of them at a reasonable cost per capsule. I usually only eat one full size meal a day so this bottle is lasting me close to 60 days👍👍After taking them for about a week, I realized I wasn’t getting as much after meal bloating. I made beef fajitas. So I consumed three foods that cause me issues, beef, peppers and sour cream. I had just mild gas so these capsules must have made a difference😊 I was so pleased that I searched thru my freezer to see if I had more beef tucked away I could cook 🤣 I only found some ground pork that I made into meatballs for a pot of sauce! This time I had uncooked ricotta cheese with my pasta and I wasn’t bothered afterwards👏🏻I had been taking a simethicone capsule whenever I would become bloated or have painful gas. While I’ll spend more money this way, this is a more natural way of dealing with my issues. The positive benefits that the capsules can provide for me is worth the investment of about 40 cents per day ( one per day )
