My experience with this product has been positive.I have used moringa in several different forms before, including the liquid oil, soft gels, and capsules, so I am familiar with some of its benefits.I have been taking one of these capsules, per the suggested use, in the afternoons a few times a week for the last month. To me, they smell a bit like green tea and cayenne pepper, they are a shade of light green, and I sometimes taste a hint of a green tea-like flavor when I swallow them. One thing I noticed about these capsules that is different from other Moringa supplements that I have taken, is that these contain three different types of moringa, which I like. When I do take them, I definitely notice an improved mood, a feeling of relaxation, and better sleep, which I really like. I tend to prefer tablets, gummies, or liquids to capsules, because I can sometimes have trouble swallowing capsules. However, these capsules happen to be very small and I have found them to be easily digestible, which I like. They are probably some of the smaller capsules I’ve ever taken, and I have taken a lot of different supplements. The other nice thing is, you only have to take one of them, unlike many other moringa supplements.Honestly, I think these are one of the better moringa supplements I have used; they are effective, good quality, and a good value at a two months supply in one bottle. There really is nothing about these that I don’t like.
